3 pm to ~4:30 pm - Richland High School Tour - Meet in the parking lot off of Long Ave near the buildings (MAC hall?). No charge. Check out all the changes at RHS, previously known as Col-Hi! You will really appreciate the improvements made to our Alma Mater. Will the Mixing Area still be mixing up the next new generation of great Bombers? And can you find your old locker? Bet ya can’t, but I am wondering what the status of “The Hill” is these days…? Check out the giant Bomber (as in airplane) wall mural! No more mushroom cloud, though. The school store will be open (cash only sales) so you can buy some memorabilia! Coordinator: Anita Fravala Griffin. 

5 pm - Reunion Kickoff Mixer at Ty's Bar & Grill,  3880 W Van Giesen St, West Richland (owner - classmate Steven Berven). No charge. No-host bar, order whatever you like! Who will you recognize and who will recognize you? Just put on your best game face and thank God for nametags! And cold beverages. Coordinator: Buck Spanner

8:30 am to ~11:30 am - B Reactor Guided Bus Tour. No Charge. Leaving from 2000 Logston, Richland at 8:30 a.m. Sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis. The tour is full (46 seats). If you sign up for it, you will be on a waiting list. We will have a charter bus for this special tour through the Department of Energy.  You will need to be prepared for walking.  Further insight into the vast government project that brought us all here to this particular corner of the world. Do you know which Area your Father/Grandfather worked at? Also we will take a look at the current cleanup activities. Coordinator: Anita Fravala Griffin. If you're a local and are willing to give your seat up to an out-of-towner if we sell out, make a note of that in the comments on the registration form.

11:30 am - Golf - Buckskin Golf Course, 1790 Bronco Lane, Richland - Owner: Jeff Marcum. $30. Nine hole scramble with cart (4 person) and prizes. Non golfers welcome to come and hang out on the patio!  No charge, No-host. Coordinator: Dave Emmons.

2 pm to ~4pm Spalding Elementary School Reunion Party, hosted by Karen Sullivan at (New Location) Gina Begalka's home, 2005 Howell Ave, Richland. No Charge. If you attended Spalding for ANY of your grade school years, join us at Gina's for a very special event!  Bring your memories and photos. Snacks and bevs provided (including Jerry Lewis's homemade ice cream).

5 pm - ? am - Friday Night Mixer, Iconic Brewing, 2470 Henderson Loop, Richland Horn Rapids Business Park area of Richland.  $10 Cover, No-Host. We have a large room reserved and access to the lawn area. There will be at least one food truck. Mix and mingle with your long lost classmates and relive our past glory days. Will you recognize your secret crush from 10th grade? Chat the night away over a cold local brew. Let's all GLOW the night away together! Coordinators: Tony Nufer and Deb Moles

10:30 am boarding, 11 am departure, ~1:30 pm return. Water 2 Wine Columbia River Cruise Brunch, $85 each. Board at Columbia Point Dock (behind Anthony's). Enjoy a glass of bubbly or wine while cruising north on the Columbia, brunching and socializing. Capacity: 80. LIMITED SPACE. SOLD OUT. Coordinator: Deb Moles.

5 pm to Midnight - Class of '73 Reunion Dinner, Dance, Celebration, and Party, New Location! Red Lion, Columbia Center,  1101 N Col. Ctr. Blvd,  $55 each. After 9/7, the cost will be $5 more. 5 pm Social time with cash bar. 6 pm class group photo. 6:30 pm plated chicken dinner. Then (very short) program, desserts, and music. Music is at 9 pm, so you can literally dance the night away with your Junior Year Sweetheart to “Knights in White Satin”. And, in between dances, you can finally find out what really happened to your Chem lab partner over the past 50 years. You won’t want to miss this celebration…it will be an unforgettable, once in a lifetime evening. 9 am to ~11 am Candy Mountain Hike, Meet at the trailhead parking lot, Richland. No charge. Get great views with 30% less elevation gain than the Badger hike! Water provided and even ibuprofen ably administered by Nurse Gina for those of you in dire need after last night’s Too Much Unforgettable Fun. Reawaken those little grey cells in your brain with a brisk walk. Plus, kudos to our very own Mark Ufkes for donating land and spearheading the creation of this preserve and trail! More information on the trail. Coordinators: Gina Brauer Begalka and Ron Melton. 

Noon to 4 pm - Family Picnic and Farewell Party, Howard Amon Park, Gazebo directly behind the Richland Community Center. No Cost. We'll supply bottled water. You bring whatever you want to eat, drink and share. Meet the spouses, SOs, kids, and grandkids (great-grandkids?)! Soak up some of the Tri’s superb sunny September weather by the beautiful Columbia River. Bring lounge chairs! And perhaps your Bomber air mattress to float the River? Fill your cell phone’s address book with everyone’s contact numbers! Make arrangements to meet at the same time next and each coming year at the annual Club 40 Reunion… a reunion every ten years is JUST not enough! This is the very definition of nostalgia…it’s the bitter with the sweet at reunions, isn’t it? Such complex emotions surround growing up, many still alive even years later! Reunion Tee Shirts: Preshrunk Forest Green 100% cotton reunion tee shirts. Glow-in-the-dark ink. Two styles - unisex and fitted, seven sizes. $20 or $22. Order by September 5. Details on registration page.

Reunion Chambray Shirts: These are top quality preshrunk Port Authority all cotton chambray button down shirts with reunion logo and year. Embroidery is five color and is above the pocket. Mid weight for all year use, long sleeves roll up as needed. Unisex, seven sizes, $40 or $45. Order by September 1. Details on registration page.
